Bringing Government Services Together

The Cabinet Office coordinates the weekly meetings of Government ministers, as well as special local, regional and international projects arising from these meetings. It includes the Cabinet Secretariat, which primarily provides administrative and technical support to the Premier, Cabinet and the National Security Council; the Policy Coordination Unit; the Appeals Tribunal Secretariat; the Protocol Office; the Information Rights Unit; and the Gender Equality Tribunal. Finally, the wider portfolio comprises three public authorities which maintain separate Publication Schemes, the Cayman Islands Government Office in the United Kingdom (London Office), Radio Cayman and the Department of Communications (formerly Government Information Services).
